Training

We design and implement training courses and seminars for groups of civil servants or public sector personnel who require specialized training in some area of public management or public policies in which we work.

Novadays' training offer is designed specifically for each client and is often, but not necessarily, linked to a broader project. The courses offered by the company involve both consultants and other professionals from the world of the University and the practice, including active public managers. Novadays collaborates with universities and prestigious academic centers in the creation of ad-hoc courses that are subsequently recognized by these centers.

We also collaborate with the Public Administration institutes of the different governments in the design of training programs or ad-hoc courses, as well as with specific departments and institutions that demand these courses directly.

Our public policy training programs include:

Programs focused on sectoral policies (transport, science, innovation, social services, etc.),
Programs focused on general aspects of public management (planning, evaluation, financing, gender, etc.).
Programs focused on specific issues of current interest to public managers (Innovative Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnership models, public procurement, etc.).
