Transportation and sustainable mobility

Sustainable mobility of people and goods has become a priority objective of modern societies. Novadays works supporting national, regional and local governments in their transport policies and plans, as well as in the implementation of their transport infrastructure projects.

We work with governments in the design and management of their transport policies, in a wide range of activities, where it is necessary to separate between:

• Infrastructure advisory services, assisting governments in the legal, technical, financial, social and environmental feasibility study of their infrastructure projects, the study of their socio-economic impact, the evaluation of investments with cost-benefit or value for money models, etc. In this area we provide our experience in the design of public-private partnership models for the construction and operation of large transport infrastructures.
• Advising on transport and mobility policies, working with governments in the design and implementation of their sustainable mobility policies, from the identification of problems to the evaluation of the results of public intervention, including diagnosis, selection of alternatives, planning and implementation of policies, plans and projects designed.
• Management consultancy for public transport companies, supporting the managers of municipal urban transport companies and public companies managing infrastructures or public services in improving their services and optimizing their operations.

Novadays' experience is distributed in all modes of transport, having worked in road, rail, maritime and air transport projects, as well as in the logistics industry.
