Castilla y León, the first region to approve a strategy to "attract, retain and generate" talent.

The Governing Council of the Junta de Castilla y León has approved this Thursday the first comprehensive regional strategy aimed at "attracting, retaining and generating" talent in the region, a document that runs until 2031 but includes a comprehensive action plan that has 348 million euros until 2027.

Specifically, as explained by the spokesman of the Junta, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, the Strategy aims to create the right conditions for the "generation, attraction and loyalty of talent", through the improvement of business competitiveness, and to promote professional and personal development for the creation of wealth. To achieve these goals, the document includes the possibility of incorporating the adhesion of private entities to work on a common roadmap.
