NOVADAYS disclaims any liability for the information published on our website provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party external to it.

7 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is subject to Spanish law and any dispute or controversy arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid. 

This clause of express submission to the courts of the city of Madrid will not be applicable in the event of litigation with users of the website who, according to current legislation, have the status of consumers, in which case both parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of residence of the consumer. In these cases, any dispute may be submitted to the arbitration procedures provided for in the legislation on arbitration and consumer and user protection, and to the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established by means of codes of conduct or other self-regulatory instruments.

 

If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared null and void, in whole or in part, by any Court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
