The Junta de Castilla y León, through its Institute for Business Competitiveness (ICECYL), entrusts Novadays the redesign and implementation of its ESCALA CPI Program, which aims to promote public-private collaboration mechanisms through which to address public challenges currently unmet.
Public Procurement of Innovation is a tool that, in addition to allowing the development and acquisition of innovative solutions by the public sector, promotes the dynamism of the business fabric, its sectorial specialization and its training in cutting-edge technologies.
Through ESCALA CPI, Castilla y León has planned important investments and projects that, following the above double approach, will allow the Administration to improve its public services, infrastructures and resources, and the region's companies to become involved in the various opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Among others, ESCALA CPI will address the following challenges in the short term:
The implementation of these projects and other initiatives in the coming years will enable Castilla y León to become a generator and attractor of innovation, knowledge and opportunities, which are expected to improve public services and increase the region's business Capabilities
Novadays, leader in Spain in public sector consulting, supports ICECYL and the Junta de Castilla y León in the planning, implementation and monitoring of ESCALA CPI, as it is already doing with other public agencies such as the Xunta de Galicia, the National Institute of Cybersecurity or the City of Madrid, among others.
The Junta de Castilla y León aims to achieve a double objective: on the one hand, to address unmet needs and challenges of the public sector and society; on the other hand, to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, sector specialization and training of the region's business fabric.
Novadays accompanies and advises the Junta de Castilla y León throughout the process of designing actions and implementation of the investment program in CPI.
