Housing and urban agenda

We design policies that foster sustainable and livable cities and spaces, with a focus on organization, growth, urban regeneration and social inclusion.

Our experience in the housing sector and urban agenda

We bring an innovative approach adapted to the local context and the specific objectives of the public sector, always seeking sustainability, equity and improvement in the quality of life of citizens. Specifically:

  • Diagnosis and analysis of the urban and housing situation (demand and supply) at the local, regional or national level, in terms of accessibility, quality and quantity of housing, lack of basic infrastructure or public services.
  • Affordable housing strategies and development of urban renewal policies: initiatives to regenerate degraded or at-risk urban areas, promoting sustainability and quality of life.
  • Integrated housing policies for vulnerable groups: design of policies to address the specific needs of populations such as youth, the elderly, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
  • Urban development plans: proposals for land use, zoning and long-term planning policies to promote orderly and sustainable urban growth.
  • Green and resilient infrastructure: integration of green public spaces, ecological corridors, sustainable urban drainage systems and climate change adaptation measures.
  • Development of regulatory and normative frameworks to promote more inclusive, accessible and sustainable urban development.
  • Implementation of housing construction programs and development of public-private partnerships (PPP) to finance and develop housing and urban projects.
  • Collaborative and cooperative housing programs: Promotion of collective housing projects in which the community participates in the design, financing and management.
  • Development of innovative housing models: by promoting new housing models (modular housing, 3D printed) that reduce costs and improve accessibility.
  • Promotion of smart cities: proposals for the implementation of technological solutions in urban management, including smart infrastructure, waste management, and efficient use of resources.
  • Strengthening urban governance: inter-institutional coordination and creation of public-private collaboration platforms.
