Transformation and improvement of public services

Public policies are the starting point of the life cycle of a public service. They function as a strategic framework for action, which will mark the design and management of the service, as well as the orientation towards the objectives to be achieved (needs to be covered and public problems to be solved). Public services, on the other hand, focus on creating and executing a specific service through highly structured and standardized administrative processes.

We assist the public sector in the following activities:
