La Gomera analyzes challenges and solutions for water management in a conference with experts

The Cabildo de La Gomera and the Insular Water Council held yesterday, Friday, a day dedicated to water management on the island, as part of World Water Day. The event will bring together representatives, experts and professionals of the sector, who will address the challenges and solutions in the governance of this water resource.

The island councilor for the Primary Sector, Noelia Morales, was in charge of inaugurating this conference, which was also attended by the island coordinator of the Biosphere Reserve of La Gomera, Diego Chinea. In her speech, Morales reaffirmed the commitment of the Island Institution to an integral water management that combines adequate infrastructures, innovative technology and an active involvement of society.
