The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment and the 4 public universities of Castilla y León have signed this Tuesday a collaboration protocol to implement a set of initiatives aimed at facilitating the integration of young graduates of Castilla y León in the regional productive fabric, promoting their insertion and professional development and avoiding talent drain.
The first measures of this program are already underway. Specifically, the regional government has already approved a joint subsidy of 8.6 million euros to the foundations of the four academic institutions to help 4,000 university students and graduates to launch their professional careers with practical training.
