Green energy is the future. At least, Zaragoza's. This was established a few years ago, when the city was selected as one of the 100 cities that must reach the year 2030 being climate neutral, for which it must meet a series of milestones that the rest of European cities will also have to reach, but in 2050. That is why the forecast is to invest, with an initial horizon set in 2027, more than 160 million euros through public-private collaboration.

This money, which has already been partly implemented, and is included in the Integral Strategy for Energy Development and Sustainability of the City of Zaragoza. This plan has been presented this Wednesday by the mayor, Natalia Chueca, during the conference "Promoting the urban energy transition", which was held at the Palacio de Montemuzo in collaboration with the Chair of Municipal Energy Transition of the University of Zaragoza.
