Public procurement of innovation has become a tool increasingly used by administrations for public procurement. Today's society and local governments must face challenges that bring with them the need to find an innovative approach and public-private partnerships can be key to this.
The figure of the public manager is the cornerstone of this process, but for this he/she needs to have all the tools at his/her disposal to be able to manage all the steps prior to contracting with responsibility, transparency and agility.
Novadays, which has already led as technical office two innovative public procurement processes, through the PPI4MED project, has launched the first phase of the Training Program in Public Procurement of Innovation aimed at three experts from each partner country - Spain, Tunisia, Italy, Jordan and Egypt - to become trainers in the second phase, in the National Training Program.
In addition to the online platform launched, Novadays has also presented the material with master classes on the legal, technical and financial aspects of Public Procurement of Innovation, and several case studies.
This is a new milestone for Novadays in the field of training, being the first of the programs it plans to release in the coming months.
