Novadays consultants have been working for the achievement of gender equality for over twenty years. Their collaboration with this great challenge of our society is materialized through consulting projects, both with public administrations and private institutions.
Our participation has sometimes had a sectorial component, studying the problems of equality in sectors such as transport or research; and at other times a more general orientation, analyzing problems common to all women, such as their access to top management positions and the path they have to follow to achieve this.
Novadays also incorporates the gender perspective in all its actions on public policies, because we are in favor of themainstriming as a path towards full equality of women and men.
