Stellantis has awarded the Figueruelas and Vigo plants the installation of the STLA Small electric vehicle platform that will guarantee the production of plug-in models at the two factories. This new system will be implemented in the second half of 2027 and, in principle, guarantees the assembly of the Opel Corsa and Peugeot 208 models at the Zaragoza factory, at least until 2030. It could also mean the incorporation of the Peugeot 3008 into the assembly line. STLA Small is a platform that offers a range of up to 500 kilometers for vehicles, which will facilitate efficient mobility.
