CEOE Castilla y León joins the 348 million euro Talent Strategy 2031

The Regional Government of Castilla y León has incorporated the Confederation of Business Organizations of Castilla y León (CEOE Castilla y León) to the Talent Strategy 2031, in a ceremony held at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Valladolid (UVA), with the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, the president of the employers' association, Santiago Aparicio, and representatives of the academic institution.

The Minister, the leader of the employers' association and the Vice-Rector for Students and Employability of the UVA, Cristina de la Rosa Cubo, participated in the Aula Magna in a conference with university students to present the measures of the Talent Strategy 2031 and to convey the opportunities that exist in the economic fabric of the Community to capture the knowledge of future graduates so that they can develop their professional careers. The session was attended by representatives of companies such as Renault, Madison, Europe Snacks and NTT Data, among others.

The Talent Strategy 2031, approved last September, is a pioneering instrument that has a specific Comprehensive Action Plan of the Regional Government endowed with 348 million euros for the period 2024-2027. The general objective of the Strategy is to create the right conditions for the generation, attraction and loyalty of talent, through the improvement of business competitiveness, and to promote professional and personal development for the creation of wealth.
