Novadays, financially supported by the Biodiversity Foundation in the framework of the PERTE of the Circular Economy and NextGeneration EU, has presented the project 'Promotion of Circular Public Procurement in Spain'.
Over the next few months, we will work together with experts from various universities in the creation of instruments and software applications to facilitate the implementation of award criteria linked to Life Cycle Cost in the supply and service contracts of Spanish Public Administrations, creating tools that will be available to the Spanish public sector to facilitate these complex processes.
Along with this, Novadays is creating various guides that will facilitate this process to employees and civil servants, as well as an online ecosystem that will facilitate interaction between all of them, in order to share best practices and promote shared learning.
