International development cooperation is an essential public policy for reducing inequalities, strengthening institutions, and promoting inclusive and sustainable growth in the most vulnerable countries. Its impact depends, to a large extent, on the quality of public management, the proper use of resources, and transparency in decision-making—key elements for building trust and achieving lasting results.
In this context, the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) plays a key role, coordinating Spain’s cooperation policy through programs, projects, and initiatives in 37 countries, supported by a network of more than 50 cooperation offices around the world that operate in a wide variety of social, economic, and cultural contexts.
Novadays has been awarded the contract for comprehensive technical assistance in managing the AECID’s public procurement—both at its headquarters and abroad—supporting the Agency in an area critical to the effective functioning of Spanish cooperation.
Our work includes providing legal, administrative, and management support throughout the entire life cycle of procurement procedures: from planning and market analysis to bidding, contract execution, contract monitoring, and incident management, ensuring regulatory compliance and legal certainty at all times. We also provide support to Cooperation Offices abroad, facilitating the coordination and standardization of procedures in a wide variety of contexts.
For Novadays, winning this contract means much more than just a new project. It represents an opportunity to contribute directly to the effectiveness of development cooperation policy, to gain insight into a wide variety of cultural and economic realities, and to apply our expertise so that public resources reach where they are most needed—with rigor, efficiency, and transparency.
A project that reinforces our commitment to public service, quality public procurement, and real social impact.
